My main claim is that we cannot fully trust over-the-counter medicine and dietary supplements due to the lack of FDA regulations, so in order to prioritize our health and safety, we must combat consumer ignorance by researching, finding, and/or creating our own safe remedies. My goal is promote a healthy lifestyle where a balance of prescription and natural medicine is used for the right purposes.
